We stand behind everything we sell. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your product to request a refund or exchange. Contact our customer service department at 888-222-2762 or customerservice@casedealer.com so we may assist you.

PLEASE NOTE:  REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR PRODUCTS IN OPENED BLISTER PACKAGES OR DAMAGED OR MISSING ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER’S PRODUCT BOXES. REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ISSUED ONLY FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE RESALEABLE.  CUSTOM ENGRAVED PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

For refunds, please call 888-222-2762 or email customerservice@CaseDealer.com to receive a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#). Then provide us with your name, address and daytime phone #, along with your RMA# on the form included with your order. Place the product(s) back in the original shipping box along with all the paperwork. Address the package to Case Dealer, Attn: Returns Department, 613 W. Palmer Street, Saint Marys, KS 66536. Sorry, we cannot accept freight collect or C.O.D. shipments. Items returned without an RMA # will not be accepted.

Manufacturer's Warranty

After 30 days, warranty claims for defects in material manufacturing or workmanship only must be returned to the manufacturer, Pelican Products, Inc. The manufacturer’s warranty continues to remain in full effect subject to specifications. Below is the URL for Pelican.com’s warranty:
